Fault entries

• Fault entries are basic entries from the customer reporting a fault.
• This fault would be non-critical otherwise a callout would have occurred instead.
• A way to do this would be to have a standing task that fault reports can be made against. These could then be moved to an appropriate task or new task created for the fault.
